Welcome to the Deskonya Sovreignty!
We are a Star-Made roleplay faction, destined to first colonize, then defend.
Our ships are generally fairly small, our capital ship not even hitting 3k mass. But our ships are not notable, what is notable is our heavy usage of the Bobby AI Module, to create drones, so we don't have to post our own people, or hope nothing goes wrong while we're offline.

The Lore
Years ago, many, many ago, there was a planet. Rusein [R-ou-zyin]. It was home of the Divnei [Div-n-ii], a people with a pure black skin, from their home continent. Shortly before they attained sentience, their continent collided for a brief period of time, with the second continent. The second was much more hospitable, and much safer than their old home. Though, unlike their old, it was blossoming in life, creatures and plants everywhere. Some made good food, some made them good food. They had to create weapons and chemicals from plants to stop and kill their hostiles.
Fast forward a few hundred years, and you see the City of Diberia. Rich, powerful. The other cities, far too weak to fight back, forced to pay taxes to Diberia. Except for one city, Deskonya. Its terrain much more dangerous and varied than the lands of Diberia, and even the plain tundra of Niftgeld. Diberia, seeing too much difficulty merely due to the terrain, just patrols on the border with Deskonya, as an invasion would be far too dangerous and difficult. Unknown to the Diberians, Deskonyans were masters of stealth, disguise, traps and technique. Deskonya held back, merely working until it was sure it could win. Advancements far ahead of even the most historic of Diberian Engineers.
Deskonya used its technological superiority, to merely walk in, sneak their own troops disguised as traders and common people, until they had a man posted near every guard and official. In five hours, they had each official, police and guard followed until the moment. Every Deskonyan pulled their weapons. With Diberia's guards on less-efficient weapons, and unable to move without being killed, they had no defense. With the Officials, they easily declared Diberia as their own city by force. Taken over in minutes.
Diberia's Empire is now written in the Deskonyan History books as a dark age, where technology was slow to develop, as it all came from one source, with few people to generate it. Deskonya brought the Divnei into space, into their nearest solar systems, and to the rest of their galaxy. In space, communication became difficult, and eventually led to two major factions. Homeworlders, the people of Rusein, where the most people and resources were, who controlled the twenty six nearby stars, and Farreachers, the people who ventured far for minerals and riches, who controlled hundreds of stars, though with low populations and only starting mines. Homeworlders gained strength with the Sovreignty Navy, who ventured in controlled territory scanning for contraband, and leaving it to take out targets. Farreachers still are around, but were broken up by the Navy, when they placed minefields and drone clouds between the star connections. Now it's all mercenaries and contraband traders, merely called the Rogue Deskonyans. Some say they may reunite to torch the Homeworlder territories, and let their greed take it all in, others say it's all failed and dead. And the fewest, the ones nobody believes yet holds just as much possibilities, says it's still united and a major threat.
Today, where our server is hosted, is farther away, past where the Farreachers expanded, as the Navy is expanding its reach. The Colony Par is the most notable of all of the farthest colonies, and is an outlier on distance. Some far colonies are eight or nine stars from Rusein. Par's Colony was transported on a Harpy ship, over one hundred and fifty stars away, in order to start a new colony bubble, but ended up finding out other races existed in their galaxy of Chienl [Kuh-hen-nil].
